codigo-qr.es is an independent project created in 2026 in Barcelona to solve a concrete problem: existing free QR generators either add a watermark, or don't let you edit the destination after printing, or sell your scan data to third parties.

We built a direct alternative: static QRs always free and watermark-free, dynamic QRs with editable destination, own analytics (no Google Analytics) and 8 1D barcode formats in the same dashboard.

Anyone or any business should be able to create, edit and analyze QR codes without paying for a basic tool or handing their data to advertising platforms. Free means actually free. Pro is a one-time payment and it works.

Static QR generation happens entirely in your browser: the server never receives or stores the code content. Dynamic QRs and scan data are stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL with encryption at rest) on European servers. Payments are processed through Stripe.

We don't use Google Analytics. We don't install third-party tracking cookies. Dynamic QR scan data is stored in our database, belongs to the user, and can be exported or deleted at any time from the dashboard.
