Questions about pricing and Pro plan
Q.01
What happens to my dynamic QRs if I cancel Pro?
Dynamic QRs created during the Pro plan keep working until the end of the paid period. After that, the 3 most recent stay on the free plan and the rest go to a paused state, recoverable if you return to Pro.
Q.02
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. The annual plan costs 49€ versus 71,88€ on monthly over 12 months. That's 2 free months per year.
Q.03
Do you accept companies and issue invoices?
Yes. All subscriptions include invoices with company tax ID, NIF or European VAT. Management is done from the Stripe customer portal linked to your account.
Q.04
Is there a Pro trial?
There's no automatic trial, but the free plan covers most cases to evaluate the tool. If you need more dynamic QRs for a specific test, write to hola@codigo-qr.es.
Q.05
Do you pay taxes in Spain?
Yes. codigo-qr.es is registered in Spain with a Spanish tax ID and applies VAT according to local regulations. Invoices are issued from the legal entity behind the project.
Q.06
Are there discounts for non-profits or education?
Yes. If you're a registered non-profit or educational institution, write to us for access to the Pro plan with a 50% discount on the annual rate.
