Why does the product instruction sheet become outdated?
You print 10,000 boxes with the instruction manual inside. Three months later you publish a product update. The boxes in stock have incorrect instructions.
Product instructions change: new versions, safety corrections, compatibility with new operating systems. If printed on the box, reprinting costs are enormous. If on a loose sheet, it gets lost. If in an attached PDF, nobody opens it.
Also, there is content that does not fit in the box: video tutorials, recipes, usage combinations, FAQs, warranty registration. A QR on the box or label solves all that: the buyer scans and accesses complete, updated content on their phone.
How does a QR on product packaging work?
The QR on the box points to a dynamic URL you control from the panel. Change the content without reprinting the packaging. The buyer always sees the updated version.

How to create a QR for your product packaging?
You create a dynamic QR in the panel pointing to the content URL, print it on the box or label, and when content changes you update the destination from the panel.

Create a free account at codigo-qr.es. Dynamic QRs are available from the Free plan (up to 2 active).

In the panel create a new dynamic QR. Enter the destination URL: your instructions page, a video, or a landing created in codigo-qr.es.

Customize the QR with your brand colors (logo, colors, shapes). Download it as vector SVG for print.

Deliver the SVG to your print shop to include it on the box, label or insert. The QR scales to any size without losing quality.

When content changes (new version, updated URL), edit the destination in the panel. The printed QR remains valid.
